Please note that the best way to get in contact with your clinician is through the UCSF MyChart Portal. Your clinician will respond to your message within 48 business hours. If your clinician is away for any reason, there will always be a covering clinician assigned to their inbox. If you need help with your MyChart, UCSF offers a 24-7 support line at (415) 514-6000.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or have concerns regarding physical safety for yourself or others, please call 988 (mental health crisis), 911 (medical crisis), or go to the nearest emergency room. 988 is the national mental health emergency crisis line and allows you to request an individual who focuses on supporting LGBTQ people.
